Do's & Dont's of Staffing Agencies Across the globe
Employers depend highly on staffing agencies to cover positions that they can not cover themselves. When clients request social workers from agencies they expect the same enthusiasm and commitment as if they hired you themselves. Its like a test drive!
Here are a few do's and don'ts of some staffing agencies that expect the best out of all their wonderful staff!
Do...
- Be sure you have all required information on file.
- It's best that you also make sure that all of your information is up to date.IE: TB expirations, CPR expirations and Licenses expirations.
Don't...
- Commit to assignments you know you aren’t going to take.
- If you feel a facility may be too far from your home, don’t say yes and never show up. Discuss the matter with your staffing manager of just say no. It will hurt more if you just don’t show up.
